Saint Kenneth Parish assists parents in forming their children in the faith through systematic programming by providing catechesis for children grades K-8 through weekly after school sessions with trained parish catechists. Children absorb the Gospel message through exploration of the Sunday readings, called lectionary-based catechesis. Prayer and service are also incorporated into faith formation.

Saint Kenneth CFP catechists and catechist assistants are dedicated, fully initiated, actively participating parishioners with a passion for sharing their faith with children. Catechists are well prepared, formed and supported by the Faith Formation Office and are in full compliance with Archdiocesan directives. All programming material is provided by the Faith Formation Department.
