Provides social and spiritual support to those in need of companionship and friendship at home, in hospitals, in nursing care facilities or in hospices.  These individuals may be ill or aged, recovering from surgery or for whatever reason can’t get out and about very well.  The purpose of the We Care Team is to let individuals know that they are not forgotten about even though they may not be able to attend church or church functions.  If interested in volunteering for or requesting the services of this ministry contact the parish office.
